New employees in August

August started with autumn rain; however, sun is shining at Parmaco as new talents joined our company.

Kalle Josefsson joined Parmaco as Head of Operational Excellence on August 1st. He is responsible for improving and aligning ways of working across the company, from design to production. Kalle leads the implementation of operational strategy and supports the scaling of production and project delivery. He is also responsible of continuous process improvement.

Kalle has over 20 years of experience in developing operations and leading major change programs in international industrial, construction, and manufacturing companies. He has held leadership roles at several companies, where he has successfully led production ramp-ups and strategic development projects.

 Our Marketing and Communications team got extra support as Nella Kelkka started as Marketing Manager on August 1st. Nella works with both internal and external communications, as well as content marketing.

Nella has broad experience in communications, marketing, and project management. She has worked with content creation, PR campaigns, influencer partnerships, and website projects.
